Behind the scenes of real life right 😂 this is how I work from home 🤣 don’t we all..lol. Feeling really lean today! Had salmon and rice with green beans for lunch. I think I’m going to clock out and hit a workout! I really appreciate when I feel my body leaning out..it’s such a good feeling. I’m glad I can show my progress more comfortably here. 🤍

Today I broke my fast at 2 pm and worked out at 6:30 pm on a slightly fuller stomach, I loved these workout pics I took so I couldn’t just take one ☺️🤭 I’m a little sore from legs yesterday but I did 10 min on stair climber, 12 min walking and jogging on the treadmill, and I stretched!
