Celebrating two incredible years with this amazing man ♥️🫶🏻🥰 It’s not always been easy - it’s an unconventional relationship - we live in different countries, but we make it work 🥰 Out of 24 months together, we’ve spent 4 months together physically. Meeting and dating during a pandemic certainly had its hurdles, but here we are, celebrating our love, our union and we know there’s many more to come. Being apart only strengthened the foundations of our relationship. We had to adapt, build trust, communicate and be completely open and honest. For being so far apart, a long distance relationship actually made it very difficult to hide, we’ve both had to open our hearts to expand beyond what we thought was possible and it’s only bought us closer together, and more in love ♥️ Have you ever been in a long distance relationship? It’s not depression. It’s melancholy 🖤

An incredibly vulnerable share 🖤 This is such a big topic and something I feel compelled to share more of. My depth of emotion provokes and triggers people, but it also gives those who are in a place to receive the permission to feel and process for themselves. Recognising and honouring my emotions as a gift has been instrumental in my own healing journey. This is a snapshot of an emotional low and the way I create space for myself and sit in the discomfort. It allows me to deeply feel, express, navigate and process through my wave without judgement and with self acceptance. Emotions are energy in motion. Through movement and a variety of self healing tools, I can shift the energy through my physical body so my emotions can be released and the weight is lifted. Acknowledging my need to set boundaries, be alone, stop, slow down and rest is vital to my healing. The tools I use to navigate my waves are meditation, breath work, Reiki/Seichim, stretching, shaking, movement, fresh air, nature, heart connection and love over fear. This low lasted a couple of days. There’s nothing in particular that triggers these lows, they just come and go in waves. But I always come out the other side with more strength, wisdom, acceptance, and a deeper understanding of self. Love, Mia xx

My love story 🖤 Missing my man today and looking back through some pics of our time together. These are a few of us laughing, kissing and cuddling. And there may be a boob, some nudie stuff and look out for the thumbs up 🤭👍🏻😂 We are in a long distance relationship - me in Australia, him in Scotland (yeah he’s a sexy Scott, the accent 🤤) and we are on a beautiful journey of cultivating love and deepening our relationship. It’s so incredibly expansive and nourishing. Our love runs deep and our energetic connection is epic but at times it IS hard being so far away from each other. We dated for 18 months before we even touched physically. Not sure if this is the kind of content my members will enjoy, but exploring this side of myself and my relationship, and sharing our journey seems right to me and it may help others who are in LDRs or are looking for ways to deepen their connection with their partner 🖤💫 Love, Mia xx

A glimpse into the life of me during this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio. I’m a Scorpio sun, Taurus rising, so I felt the energy of this transit very intensely 🥹 I’m also a 6/2 emotional projector with the channel of emoting, so I experience a full spectrum of emotions always. From the lowest of lows to the highest of highs. It’s a wild ride being me and managing the melancholy, the joy, the pleasure. There were also many tears shed of which I didn’t capture on film. Embodiment practice 🖤💫 Embodiment takes many shapes and forms - breathwork, movement, meditation, journaling, just to name a few. It shifts, it moves, it pivots depending on our mood, our cycle, our energy. Giving ourselves time each day to embody our energy and sit in this practice, can reset, ground and balance our nervous system, making it easier to enjoy our day with less stress and more ease ✨
