Anddddd then…I spent 15 hours travelling from Hungary to Switzerland. It was supposed to be 10 hours but with a train cancellation, delays, and two missed trains; it managed to spread out the journey very quickly. Nervous in anticipation to reconnect with my love after 5 weeks long distance, in his home town, with his family, in a country that I have DREAMED of visiting for 10 years. And this is where I have been now for the last 3 weeks. It has been a dream to say the least. I have fallen in love with this country. I knew I would. It’s been a wild unfolding of events. There are some big shifts within my romantic relationships which I don’t feel ready to speak into yet as it isn’t just my life — but it’s been big. Navigating the polarities of grief and joy, pleasure and pain, confusion and clarity. All of it feels beautiful though in its own way. I trust I will share in due time. Switzerland though has been magic. I’ve had to sit with so many big life decisions whilst being here though. Forcing me to look at everything and leaving no stone unturned. It’s been raw and tender to say the least; not without its struggles. Yet I have leaned in. Over and over and over again. Again, deep in my humanity. And it is a gift. So I have hiked beautiful mountains, swam in crystal clear mountain lakes, eaten so much gruyere cheese and the most delicious Swiss snacks. I have laughed hysterically, and cried immensely. And I have fallen in love - over and over and over again. With life, with myself, within connection. Everything is changing. My future, my dreams, the people in those dreams, my values. It’s terrifying…probably the most (definitely the most) terrifying thing I have ever moved through. But I am so fucking proud of myself for following the path anyway. Even when I have no idea where it leads. I can feel myself being stretched in all ways and.
My first official post on Fanfix! And it’s my first post in a little while (3 weeks I think?). Thank you so much for all of your messages and check ins over the last month. I have ben navigating some of the biggest shifts within my life (and when I say my life has been flipped upside down, I quite literally mean it). I am going to do a few posts to update over the last month — my processes, where I am, core moments, emotional check in, etc. To begin: I left Latin America almost 1 month ago. How did I feel? Sadness. Readiness. Excitement. Anticipation. A beautiful couple of weeks in Mexico with Luke just soaking in time together as we celebrated 9 years of our relationship. Then I was OFF! Landing first in Hungary as I wad greeted by my 2 best friends in their van after 18 months apart. My tribe from back home. There was an ease and regulation that I felt as soon as I saw them…also intense triggers. I’ve noticed tendencies of avoidance over the last few months in regards to ANYTHING that tied me to Australia. The seasons that I have been navigating over the last few months have required all of me and anything that I feel clashes with my current season has felt overwhelming to deal with. However, I needed to face these triggers…and so I have. The week we had together was soul nourishing. We played and laughed and shared stories. I was reminded of how comforting my other home was too. Something that I had avoided feeling and facing for so long, was actually not as scary as I had thought after all. We went to a small pay festival in the north of Hungary and just basked in the beauty of the Hungarian countryside. And before we knew it, a week had flown by and I was on my way to Switzerland to reconnect with my other love… Stay connected to the next post for the next piece of the journey.

Movement has been heavily missed. Dancing multiple days a week on the lake became easy…it became routine. and when we’re back in the flow of travel, it can be easy to neglect the things that are most important to us. For me it’s dance. iI’s fluid movement. it’s giving my body the space to express without the confines and rigidity of words. in three days I fly to Europe and I’m so excited to be in Newlands with a new frequency. To inspire me. For me to play in. And I know that I’m about to step into another season of lots of dance, especially because my beautiful Swiss lover and I began our relationship on the foundation of dance. but most importantly for me to dance with myself - and not even just myself - but with Life.

Re-anchoring into my Spirit, my body, my heart, my womb. Sturdy as an ancient grandmother tree. Light language to really speak from the Soul. To re-code. this was the first time in months that I really cleared everything from my Field. I cut chords. I energetically resented and found my autonomy and sovereignty. It was very much overdue and has left me with a deeper sense of clarity in what I’m navigating and why I’m navigating it. These moments of re-entering are so deeply impactful and powerful for me. To speak with conviction; with theatrics; with poetry. I also haven’t allowed myself to sit down and channel language in a really long time. And really allow my language to pull through me again…it was a homecoming.
This day was so incredible special. From ceremony. Intricate and eep shares. Earth offerings. Rolling around half naked in mud with my best friends. Oozing eros. Connection. Play. I am so in love with my community here - beyond words.
Dancing with the seasons: I woke up this morning with my final morning in my Home. Which isn’t really my home because my home is actually next door to this house but this home was where my lover and I have spent the last few months essentially living together and what was his house, very quickly became our house. This home has held me through so much. It holds so many memories. I feel like most of my time on the lake has involved this house in some capacity. And I’m not one to be that attached to a home but this feels different. I will miss morning Cacao on the couch outside looking out over the mountains and the lake. I will miss the kitchen and the rituals that I have in it. I will miss the warm light of the salt lamp in the bathroom glowing as I take a shower. I will miss dancing in this home, singing in this home, playing guitar in this home, Microdosing mushrooms with our community and talking all things metaphysics in this home. I’ll miss cuddles and kisses and play and poetry with my lover in this home. I will miss processing the depths of my emotions in this home. And then I remember, that home is within…and that I can create this no matter where I am and no matter who I’m with.
