Recent life updates: 🩷 I got myself new plates for my car! Not originally what I wanted but happy with my 2nd option. I think she cute with the red heart accent. 🩷 Surprisingly got into ballerina pose during an open pole session from the floor and aerial! I’m not greatly flexible right now, but it is something I’m working on, along with shoulder strength so this really was a surprise. 🩷 Just a happy freestyle. Considering teaching this in an upcoming choreo class just because I’m obsessed 😍

Unlocked a new trick 🙌🏾 I’ve been working on regaining my strength on pole again and have been scared to try new moves, but today I allowed myself the space & trusted that I would get this move down, even without being able to hit a full split yet. Now to try the other side when I’m back at the studio tonight😁
